President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has warned the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, that he risks losing his position if the All Progressives Congress (APC) does not win the upcoming FCT elections.
Speaking at an Eid-Al-Fitri dinner on Saturday, Tinubu reminded Wike of his political background in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and urged him to secure victory for the APC.
“Give me any opportunity for my party to win elections in the FCT. I know where you are coming from, your own party,” Tinubu stated. “If this thing goes too much in your favor, you will lose your job.”
