In a recent public address, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, delivered a scathing response to remarks allegedly made by his predecessor, Dr. Peter Odili.
Wike criticized Peter Odili for his comments about the administration and governance of Rivers State, accusing him of hypocrisy and turning the state into a “personal estate.”
During the address, Wike referenced reports that Peter Odili praised his own governance while criticizing the current state administration. Wike countered by pointing out instances where Odili’s family members occupied significant public offices during and after his tenure as governor.
